With a mild, slightly sweet taste our farmed raised Tilapia is sourced from the natural waters of Colombia.

It’s not overwhelmingly fishy, like some other species which makes it the perfect pairing with other ingredients, spices and herbs. It’s incredibly easy to work with, so have fun experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.
